Gladys has been a staff member in the School of Art & Design since 1981. Besides being the Scholarship secretary for the School of Art and Design, she is responsible for assisting the Associate Chairs for Fine Arts and Art History and Program Coordinators in the administration of those programs. This includes coordinating the B.F.A. program reviews for Pictorial Arts, Spatial Arts, Photography and Digital Media Arts and gallery reservations for the Art 199 - B.F.A. project. In addition Gladys coordinates the registration for Fine Arts and Art History courses that have suppressed codes, maintains all Fine Arts and Art History student records, and offers clerical support for the Fine Arts and Art History faculty.
